Parasite School
14 June –21 June 2026
Link to full program
Parasite School marks the public opening of On Parasiting. Conceived as a hybrid between symposium, tactical workshop, and collective rehearsal space, it brings together invited artists, theorists, and practitioners to sharpen tactics of infiltration, embeddedness, and irritation and discusses core aspects of the concept of the Parasite.
The School unfolds in two public moments, an opening day at Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik (ZK/U) and a concluding public program at diffrakt, with an intensive internal working phase in between at Make-up Space.

This phase is process-based and not publicly visible in real time. Updates and contextual reflections will be shared periodically via this platform.
Parasite Residency — Processing, Hatching, Spitting
November 2026
After four months inside host systems, all artists reconvene for a four-week residency. Embedded experiences are translated into new artistic works. Collective critique sessions and shared dinners accompany the process.
Exhibition — On Parasiting
